Quest Requirements
To unlock most of this addon's content, one of the following conditions must be met:
- Complete the Vault 81 quest, Hole in the Wall, without upsetting the vault dwellers.
- Progress the Vault 88 quest, Better Living Underground, up until you repair the first workbench and gain control of the vault as a settlement.
- Craft the Vault-Tec Tools Holotape at a City Planner's Desk and use the Bypass Quest Requirements option in it.
- Upgrade to 3.0 from a save that was using an older version.
