City Hall has all the things a growing settlement needs. A Sheriff, deputies, a judge, prosecutor and a Mayor's office. The second floor is designed to be used with [FTMM] War Fund Office (Interior Municipal Plot), and the third floor has a spot for [FTMM] Raydar O'Realy's Communications Plot (1x1 Municipal Plot) also has a Mayors desk and office.
Three Occupants at level 1 and one additional occupant at each other level. Should provide a Happiness boost and consume extra food and water daily if Operating Costs settings are ON) **Spawns NPC's** - Best built as a non foundation plot, it comes with it's own. Give extra room to the back and sides of this plot!

Flag override

This addon pack includes a custom Minutemen flag that overrides the vanilla Minuteman flag texture. It has been ommited from this site's screenshots to prevent it from appearing in screenshots from other addon packs.

The custom texture can be removed from SS2_ForTheMinutemen - Textures.ba2 in the textures\SetDressing\Minutemen folder if you don't want it.
