At level 0 the outpost is designed to support 15 soldiers, and grows to support up to 24 at level 3. Mostly brick construction with the goal of achieving a noir look and feel. At level 3 the outpost contains: 8 Martial Plots, 4 Municipal Plots, 3 Recreational Plots, and enough beds for 24 soldiers. A martial plot with put a soldier to work as a noir detective. As the outpost levels up it also gets a jail cell, mostly as a warning to new recruits to keep their head down and stay out of trouble.
