Season 1: Masters Finalist
We were a group of seven seeking refuge from the raiders and creatures of the wasteland (well, eight, but Johnny dropped his guitar while we were running from a group of super mutants and just had to go back for it) when we came across a small rowboat. We all piled in and headed for the nearest island, ducking gunfire the whole way. Luckily, our boat didn't sink and we made it to a large island that had a mirelurk problem. We were down to our last bullets and ready to dive into the ocean to escape. Todd somehow managed to drive them off with a radio frequency that the previous inhabitants had installed and we settled in for the night. I asked him how the transmitter could scare off the mirelurks and he just grinned at me and said, "it just works!" Whatever. We put up some rudimentary defenses and found a couple of places to gather food and fish. Hope this works out better than Swan's pond.
