Description
Minuteman strategists are skilled at combat and also possess a quick and lucid mind. They accompany some minutemen groups to ensure their operations have the best chance of success. They make decisions such as when, where, and how to attack, when to advance, when to retreat, and who to save. They keep their weaponry simple and aligned with the basic minuteman arsenal of pipe weapons, laser muskets, combat rifles, and maybe the occasional surprise.
