Settlers who are willing to help the minutemen out by acting as auxilliaries to defend their own settlements or work with the Minutemen to maintain their outposts, the Minutemen Watch are a sort of informal reserves for the Minutemen. They may not be the most experienced warriors, but they have adequate knowledge and training to defend themselves, settlements, and outposts as needed, or even participate in assaults. They typically wear light armor and choose whatever they can get their hands on from the MInutemen arsenal.
