Updated Superstructures, Fixed a bug, and Layout tweaks

- Fixed an error that occured when sorting the City Plans page by max population.
- Added the max population to the display of the "cards" on the City Plans page.
- Adjusted the display of information on the "cards" on the City Plans, Foundations, Power Poles, and Furniture pages.
